Booking Confirmation

Thank you for booking with us, we are delighted to let you know that your retreat stay with us is now officially confirmed! Read below a few things you need to know before your stay.

Transfers

We work with a trusted 3rd party company so we can arrange your return transfers between Dalaman airport and the retreat. They will coordinate your arrival times with other guests arriving at similar times to offer a shared transfer at a reduced rate. The company charges a flat fee of £65 per person for the return trip (£32.50 each way) and this includes a stop off at the local village on the way to the retreat or airport depending on your flight times.

Please go ahead and book your flights, as you will need the following details to book transfers:
Incoming/departure flight dates, flight numbers and arrival/departure times.

All return transfers need to be pre-booked before your arrival at the retreat, otherwise you will need to arrange your own transfers.

Check-In

If you are booking your own transfers, please confirm your arrival time. This needs to be after 16.30 to allow time for the previous groups departure and for preparing the retreat.

Check-Out

Please check out of your room by midday on the last Saturday, although we will of course look after you until your transfer leaves. There is the option to visit the beautiful fishing village of Göcek and enjoy some time shopping or indulge in a healthy meal. Details of your Saturday options and transfer times will be discussed at the retreat with the Retreat Manager.

Passport Validity

We advise all guests to please consult your flight provider regarding passport validity and ensure you have enough time remaining on your passport prior to travel.

Health Questionnaire

Please spend a few minutes completing this now, so we have all your important health conditions or allergies in advance of your arrival. Optional extras bookable at the retreat:

Massages (£50 each or £45 each, if four or more sessions per person)
Private boat trip (price confirmed at the retreat)
One-2-One fitness and yoga sessions (£40 per session, subject to availability)

Payments at the retreat are via credit or debit card (not AMEX) or in cash (sterling or euro only).
Please note, we do not accept Turkish lira. The boat trip is payable direct to the company and they accept cash only in either Turkish lira, sterling or euro. Please note, this booking or any amended bookings are bound by and subject to our terms and conditions which you have kindly already accepted.
